The Ebi Experience is an intimate supper club series that brings the bold flavors of Nigerian cuisine to the fine dining table. Guests are treated to a 4–5 course tasting menu thoughtfully paired with wines and crafted cocktails, where each dish tells a story rooted in culture, childhood, and tradition.

Chef Hameenat

Born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in the United States, Chef Hameenat blends her cultural roots with a passion for elevating West African cuisine. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and experience in corporate consulting and private equity, she brings a unique mix of business insight and culinary expertise.

After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, she gained hands-on experience at Tatiana, the #1 restaurant in NYC, learning the intricacies of fine dining and high-level kitchen operations.

A third-generation chef, Chef Hameenat creates dishes that celebrate her culture, childhood, and the bold flavors of West Africa. Her signature project, The Ebi Experience, is a curated tasting menu where storytelling and community take center stage, connecting guests to the heart of her cuisine.

Chef Hameenat also supports African and minority restaurateurs by helping elevate operations, refine menus, and craft exceptional dining experiences. Her mission is to bring African cuisine into the global fine dining spotlight.
